We are seeking a motivated Construction Field Crew Member who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in marine construction.

Position Summary

The Construction Field Crew Member is responsible for constructing piers, staircases, floats, seawalls, bulkheads, and revetments, as well as operating boats, barges, trailers, boom trucks, and other heavy equipment as needed. This position plays a key role in completing projects safely, efficiently, and within budget while maintaining daily communication with the foreman and other crew members.

We routinely use and are willing to train the following skills:

· Carpentry

· Boat Handling

· Operating Heavy Machinery

· Driving Trucks

· Rigging and Working around Cranes

· Pile Driving

· And many other trades we encounter such as welding, excavation, engine repair etc.

Schedule
