Position Summary
The Residential Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned shift operations within an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role supervises staff and residents, ensures a safe and structured environment, supports the implementation of individualized treatment plans, and promotes the development of residents' skills and independence. The Residential Shift Supervisor also assists with staff training and performance, medication oversight, documentation, program data, safety procedures, and staffing coverage while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support quality care and positive outcomes. Beacon Light operates 3 residential cottages on the main campus in Bradford, PA. These homes each house up to 8 individuals diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

About Us
