Position Summary
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, implementing individualized treatment plans, supporting activities of daily living, utilizing positive behavior supports, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the treatment team to promote independence and positive outcomes. The Community Stabilization and Reintegration Unit (CSRU) is an adult residential program serving individuals with co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions, with a focus on increasing independence in personal, home, community, and social skills while supporting successful community reintegration.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
