Key Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound personal lines insurance leads (auto, home, renters, and more)
- Educate customers on personal lines coverage options and prepare accurate quotes
- Build relationships through strong phone, email, and customer service communication
- Learn agency processes using our modern agency management software
- Assist clients with applications, policy changes, and coverage explanations
- Meet achievable sales goals with full training and support

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 – 40 per week
