Beacon Home Services is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher / ServiceTitan Coordinator to join our team. This is not an entry-level dispatch position. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in ServiceTitan, understands home service operations, and can help manage both daily dispatching and the back-end administration of our ServiceTitan platform.

Responsibilities
- Dispatch plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, drain, and septic technicians.
- Maximize technician productivity, revenue, and routing efficiency.
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day.
- Communicate appointment updates with customers.
- Coordinate emergency and same-day service calls.
- Work closely with CSRs, Service Manager, and field technicians.
- Maintain accurate schedules, job notes, and technician communication.
ServiceTitan Responsibilities
This position requires advanced knowledge of ServiceTitan, including:
- Creating and maintaining technician schedules.
- Managing business units, campaigns, and capacity planning.
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Pricebook updates and organization.
- Creating forms, checklists, and workflows.
- Managing memberships, estimates, and follow-up campaigns.
- Configuring tags, custom fields, and automations.
- Assisting with payroll setup and technician performance tracking.
- Entering and maintaining back-end ServiceTitan settings and programming.
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Required: Previous dispatch experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry.
- Required: Advanced ServiceTitan experience.
- Ability to navigate both front-end operations and back-end ServiceTitan administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
