Beacon Home Services is looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose, repair, sell, and install HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is not an entry-level position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with homeowners, identifying the best solution for their needs, and has the technical ability to complete the work or coordinate installations professionally.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Sell HVAC replacements when appropriate.
- Complete installations when applicable.
- Perform start-up, testing, and system verification.
- Maintain accurate job notes using ServiceTitan.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Proven sales ability
- Experience with service and installation
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
- ServiceTitan experience preferred
