Senior IT Support Engineer - Boston - $85-$100k Base Salary
A global investment firm is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead L2/L3 support in their Boston office. This is a hands-on role focused on escalations, mentoring junior engineers, and driving automation and process improvements while supporting senior internal stakeholders.
Your background:
- 5 years' IT support experience
- Experience with M365, Windows 10/11, Azure AD / Intune
- Experience Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Experience with AV / conference room support
- Experience with networking basics (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
The work you'll be doing:
- L2/L3 deskside remote support
- Act as escalation point mentor junior staff
- Own automation process improvements
- Onboarding/offboarding, device access setup
- Support AV, M365, and endpoint environments
- Partner with global team (London)
