Real Estate Paralegal - (Minneapolis, MN)

An established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Minneapolis, MN! This position is full time, offers great benefits, and a competitive salary!

Their ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of legal experience. This person has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and detail oriented.

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

Job Duties:

• Conduct legal and public records research to support attorneys and client matters.
• Review and analyze property, title, and ownership documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, file, and track legal documents.
• Draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and transaction-related documents for attorney review.
• Coordinate with clients, title companies, surveyors, government agencies, and other third parties.
• Assist with resolving documentation and title-related issues in collaboration with attorneys.
• Prepare closing documents, checklists, and supporting materials for real estate transactions.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical client files while tracking deadlines and project status.
• Communicate with clients regarding document execution, transaction updates, and procedural requirements.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
• Detail oriented and great problem solver.
• Real Estate experience.
• Works well individually and in a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
