- Bachelor's degree required.
- Internship or early-career experience within HR, learning & development, recruiting coordination, talent operations, or related areas preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness required within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a highly collaborative approach.
- Interest in learning and development, employee experience, and HR operations strongly preferred.
- Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday in the New York City office.
The pay range for this role is $27-$50/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
