Our client, a premier private investment firm, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across multiple asset classes. In this role, you'll work on high-impact projects - due diligence materials, analyzing fund performance, and preparing polished communications that influence key decisions. Position Details

• Responsibilities include preparing and updating RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires; responding to investor inquiries during fundraising and ongoing engagements; conducting fund, investor, and market-level analysis; supporting special projects with research and data insights; maintaining consultant and performance databases; and assisting with recurring reporting and marketing collateral updates.
• The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; strong communication skills; and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
