Our client, a consumer goods company based in New York City, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its Human Resources team. This role will partner closely with HR leadership to support a wide range of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, HRIS maintenance, and employee relations. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- 3 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR operations capacity within consumer goods, retail, or hospitality industries, required.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR data management.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws (emphasis: NY, NYC) and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and leadership.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
