Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst - Hybrid / Hartford, CT

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business operations initiatives. This role will assist with analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting planning activities, and collaborating with internal teams to help drive informed business decisions.


Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reports.
• Monitor financial performance and help identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Support ongoing efforts to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial information used for decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience working with ERP, financial management, or billing systems preferred.
