Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Data Entry Technician for a 4-month contract position located in Alpharetta, GA.
This role specializes in reviewing and tagging 3D scans for client catalog offerings in a virtual space, supporting project management, estimating, and training teams. The position involves data entry, metadata verification, and organization of scans within the company database. This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.
- Review, process, and tag 3D Matterport scans submitted by the field team.
- Ensure metadata (manufacturer, serial number, dimensions, or function) is complete and accurate.
- Organize scans within the database for Project Management, Estimating, and Training teams.
- Download asset CSVs and copy data into master Excel sheets using VLOOKUP for accuracy.
- Communicate with IT and project staff to resolve scan issues or missing data.
- Assist with additional administrative or scanning tasks as needed.
- Detail-oriented and able to spot errors or missing information.
- Strong communicator comfortable interacting with project managers and IT staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP as a required skill.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a professional office setting.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, 1-hour lunch.
- Start Date: After interviews.
- Environment: Onsite, professional office setting.
- Dress Code: Casual (jeans okay).
