Our client, a well-established consulting firm, is seeking a CRM Manager to own database and relationship intelligence systems. This role focuses on streamlining CRM efficiency, improving data quality, and ensuring teams have complete access to useful client and relationship information. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of hands-on CRM experience, knowledge of analytic and AI tools, and the drive to improve workflows.

- Responsibilities include owning and improving the firm's CRM platform and related tools; partnering with internal teams and external vendors to support system enhancements and ongoing needs; helping establish best practices around data quality, reporting, and usage; gathering feedback from users and translating needs into system updates; supporting reporting and insights that inform client and relationship management efforts; identifying opportunities to streamline workflows through automation or emerging technologies; and promoting strong user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5 years of experience working with CRM platforms in a hands-on or ownership capacity; experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups in a professional services or consulting environment; strong analytical and reporting skills, with exposure to tools like Power BI or similar; comfort working with data governance concepts and improving data quality; experience using technology, automation, or AI to improve processes; and clear communication skills with the ability to explain systems and insights to non-technical audiences.
