Senior Strategy Consultant (Remote)

Overview:
The Senior Strategy Consultant is responsible for supporting client projects by identifying business challenges and conducting in-depth analysis to produce actionable recommendations that improve performance. This role focuses on providing supporting information to enable effective decision-making, understanding market trends and regulations, developing business cases, and assisting the strategy team in communications and deliverables.

This is a remote position that requires some occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

• Identify, develop, and present data-driven recommendations to address specific business challenges and improve financial performance.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Gather and analyze data related to market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Project Management

• Manage analytics workflows from receipt of data to identification of revenue-generating strategies, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders.

• Document project methodologies, findings, and deliverables for knowledge sharing and future use.

Continuous Improvement

• Educate and support both client and internal teams on best practices for revenue assurance using analytics.

• Stay updated on trends and technologies in data analytics and consulting, including developing workflows to optimize internal analytic processes.

• Identify opportunities for clients to adopt new tools or processes to enhance growth capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 5 years of experience in data analytics, banking products, or a similar field.
