Our client, a construction company, seeks a temporary to permanent Construction Project Coordinator for their Alexandria, VA office!About the Job:Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.Additional duties and tasks as assigned.About You:An associates degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.1 years of construction industry experience is required.Experience with accounting or number is a plus!Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.About the Position:$26/hr-$30/hr while temporary, DOE.$55K-$68K when permanent.Hours are 8:30am-5pm.100% onsite in Arlington, VA.Metro accessible!
