AP Specialist

Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists! My goodness, we could use your help! Well, our client can! Our client, located near south King County, is in need of a tried-and-true Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to work on a temporary but long-term basis, there is potential for this to become a Temp to Perm role as well.

As the Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to process:

• High volume data entry
• Coding to the correct accounts
• Tracking down approvals
• Matching to Purchase Orders
• Expense reimbursement
• Various related A/P duties as needed

To be considered for this specific position you would need:

• 2 year of A/P experience along with fast and accurate ten key
• ERP experience/exposure
• Intermediate MS Excel
