A long term client of ours is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to grow with the team. This Senior Property Accountant will have a direct line to management working hybrid in downtown Denver.
To be considered for this Senior Property Accountant position you must have:
- 4 years of Property Accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Perform various general ledger accounting tasks including journal entries and reconciliations
- Apply critical thinking and Excel Skills to analyze large data sets
- Experience in Real-Estate or multi-unit business accounting
- Some supervisory experience
