Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Resource & Information Coordinator to support a busy Resource Center. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, professionals, and community members seeking information, referrals, and resources. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, customer-service focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff the Resource Center Help Desk and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email
• Provide information, referrals, and community resources to clients, families, staff, and professionals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, data entry, and correspondence
• Support day-to-day Resource Center operations
• Communicate effectively with diverse populations in both English and Spanish
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 2 years of administrative assistant, office support, customer service, or related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
