What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC?
Our client has a need for an Accounting Manager on a contract basis. This role is hybrid (4 days in office and 1 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience with accounting software NetSuite required
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail
