What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning patients in our rehab clinics

• Coordinate all front-office operations, including scheduling, registration, and billing support

• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations, and manage pre-certification processes with third-party payers

• Collect co-payments and ensure all required forms, consents, and documentation are completed

• Support physicians and therapists by preparing patient records, tracking referrals, and ensuring timely communication

• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and cleaning as needed to support daily clinic operations

• Generate statistical reports and assist leadership with data for grants, audits, and compliance

• Provide outstanding customer service, helping patients navigate their care journey with clarity and compassion

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level coursework in business or healthcare administration is a plus

• 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in patient registration or clinic operations

• Familiar with electronic health records (EHR), insurance verification, and front-office workflows

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment

• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service

• Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities and navigating payment options with patients

• Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care concepts preferred
