Executive Director, Beacon Medical Group (BMG)
Reports to: President, Beacon Medical Group
Location: Beacon Health System (various physician practices and specialty clinics)
Travel: Regular travel to physician sites required
Position Overview
The Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership for Beacon Medical Group (BMG), overseeing physician practices and specialty clinics within the Beacon Health System. Working closely with the President of BMG, the Physician Management Committee, and other senior leaders, the Executive Director is responsible for business operations, physician alignment, recruitment, budgeting, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Integration

Partner with the President of BMG to implement physician alignment and integration strategies.

Guide the development of strategic plans and operational goals.

Provide strong leadership to the Physician Management Committee.
Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day operations for BMG clinics and practices.

Supervise Directors, Practice Managers, Facility Managers, and office staff.

Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations across all sites.

Develop and manage budgets, policies, procedures, and capital improvement projects.

Implement and maintain systems including EHR and practice management platforms.
Physician Engagement & Recruitment

Build strong relationships with physicians and provider groups.

Lead or support physician recruitment and onboarding processes.

Collaborate on service expansion and program development.
Performance & Quality Improvement

Promote a culture of service excellence and team collaboration.

Foster innovation and continuous improvement to enhance patient care.

Monitor healthcare regulations and align practices with industry standards.

Support clinical leaders in evaluating and improving care delivery models.
Marketing & Community Engagement

Partner with Marketing to promote BMG physicians and services.

Ensure branding aligns with Beacon Health System strategies.

Education & Experience
