SUMMARY:
The Client Services Representative is responsible for client services and administrative task.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Data entry (Redtail, eMoney, NDEX)
- Customer service (answering phones, processing and forwarding requests)
- Account Servicing (generating/processing paperwork)
- Scanning/Filing
- Check deposit and daily blotters
- Preparing mailings to clients
- Calendar management for top level executives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual should have the following skills and abilities:
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
· Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
· Ability to follow written and oral instructions
· Exhibit professional phone demeanor
· Individual must also possess good organizational skills, efficiency skills, and communication skills, both verbal and written
· Attention to detail
· Commitment to professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and teamwork
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma required.
· Client services experience required. Min 5 years of experience.
· Investment advisory industry experience required. Min 5 years of experience.
· Experience with TDA/Schwab and/or Fidelity Institutional preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
· There are no minimum securities industry registrations or software/technology certifications required. However, strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and proficiency with using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and perform data analysis is preferred.
