Overview
We are seeking a Senior Repair Development Engineer to support the development and implementation of engineering repair solutions for complex components. This role focuses on creating technical repair procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions meet applicable engineering and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Develop and validate repair solutions for complex mechanical components.

Create technical documentation, drawings, and repair procedures.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to implement repair strategies.

Provide technical support and participate in design and repair reviews.

Work within applicable regulatory and engineering standards when developing repairs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.

Experience developing engineering repair solutions.

Familiarity with regulatory or certification processes in highly regulated industries.
