CMM Programmer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to develop and validate inspection programs for precision components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently create, test, and optimize CMM programs while working closely with quality and production teams.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs for complex components.

Program using industry-standard software including PC-DMIS and Calypso.

Validate and prove out programs on the manufacturing floor to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to support inspection requirements and resolve measurement issues.

Optimize inspection processes and ensure documentation meets quality standards.
Qualifications

Proven experience programming CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with PC-DMIS and familiarity with Calypso software.

Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot CMM programs.

Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection practices.

Hands-on experience working with precision machined components.
