About Beacon Concierge Nursing
Beacon Concierge Nursing is a nurse-owned, private-pay concierge nursing practice based in Canton, MA, serving Greater Boston and the South Shore. We deliver the highest standard of personalized, in-home nursing care — and we're growing. We're looking for a motivated, people-first Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help us build the relationships that connect us to the families who need us most.
What You'll Do
- Visit and build relationships with referral partners
- Represent Beacon at networking events, health fairs, and community programs
- Drop off and distribute marketing materials at healthcare offices and community organizations
- Follow up with referral contacts to nurture ongoing partnerships
- Assist with social media content and local marketing efforts
- Report outreach activity and referral results to the owner weekly
What We're Looking For
- A natural connector who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and in the field
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or medical sales is a plus — but not required
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
