Complete Energy Services (CES) is seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to help generate new business and support our growing commercial energy efficiency programs across MA, RI, CT, and NH.
- Prospect in-person by visiting commercial businesses and introducing energy efficiency programs
- Engage decision-makers and schedule energy assessments
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate new opportunities
- Follow up on existing proposals to re-engage prospects and move deals forward
- Work closely with the sales team to build and advance pipeline
- Track activity and results in CRM
- Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, canvassing, or field marketing
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a “hunter” mindset
- Organized and accountable to goals and performance
- $18–$20/hour (part-time)
