About the Role:

We are seeking a confident, empathetic, and compassionate Urogynecologist or Urologic Surgeon to join our dynamic and collaborative novel multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be finishing residency or mid-career with experience in Female Pelvic Health and/or Urologic Oncology, or fellowship-trained in either Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), Urogynecology, or Urologic Oncology. This person will demonstrate clinical excellence, surgical expertise, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Candidates must be dedicated to improving the lives of patients through both surgical and non-surgical treatments and possess the ability to connect deeply with patients and families during often complex and emotional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert surgical and medical management of patients with complex urologic conditions in your area of fellowship training (FPMRS, Urogynecology, or Oncology).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including gynecology, oncology, nephrology, radiology, and primary care, both external to the growing community and internally within Beacon Clinic
• Deliver compassionate, empathetic care with clear communication to patients and their families.
• Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and operating room procedures.
• Engage in quality improvement, clinical research, and/or academic teaching (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
