Key Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate
- Meet with local businesses to provide information and business customer support for AT&T Business wireless services and plans.
- Build relationships with business owners through business-to-business sales while representing AT&T in the local business community.
- Educate business customers on AT&T Business service options and help them select the right AT&T plans for their company.
- Assist businesses with AT&T service enrollments, account setup, and upgrades.
- Provide ongoing business customer support to ensure clients are satisfied with their AT&T Business services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and AT&T enrollments.

Qualifications of the Customer Enrollment Associate
