The Customer Enrollment Associate plays an important role in helping businesses understand the benefits of AT&T Business services while providing strong business customer support throughout the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate

  • Meet with local businesses to provide information and business customer support for AT&T Business wireless services and plans.
  • Build relationships with business owners through business-to-business sales while representing AT&T in the local business community.
  • Educate business customers on AT&T Business service options and help them select the right AT&T plans for their company.
  • Assist businesses with AT&T service enrollments, account setup, and upgrades.
  • Provide ongoing business customer support to ensure clients are satisfied with their AT&T Business services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and AT&T enrollments.
  • Work with the team to meet AT&T Business sales goals while delivering excellent business customer support.

Qualifications of the Customer Enrollment Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in business-to-business sales, customer service, or account support.
  • Ability to provide professional business customer support while representing AT&T Business.
  • Comfortable using tablets or basic computer systems to manage AT&T customer enrollments.
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales environment.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
