What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spravato/TMS Coordinator position at BEACON BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES?
The Neuropsychiatry and TMS Group is a growing psychiatric and behavioral health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. Our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists works collaboratively to ensure patients receive timely and comprehensive support for their mental health needs. We will be moving to the Palm Harbor area in the upcoming months and are looking to add a Spravato/TMS Coordnator to our medical group.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing schedules related to Spravato/TMS treatments.
- Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients
- Maintaining authorizations for active patients.
- Assisting with patient care and medication ordering from various pharmacies.
- Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits etc.
- Auditing Spravato/TMS Charts as needed
- Assisting with Spravato/TMS consults as needed
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
- Office administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining office organization, managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA
