Spravato Coordinator, LPN
Beacon Health Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and oversee the Spravato program. This role supports clinical operations by managing patient scheduling, referrals, insurance authorizations, medication coordination, and patient education.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Spravato program coordination.
- Manage patient schedules, treatment appointments, and follow-up needs.
- Track and process referrals.
- Complete insurance benefit checks, prior authorizations, and reauthorizations.
- Coordinate medication ordering, delivery, tracking, and availability.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, safety requirements, and appointment preparation.
- Communicate with providers, patients, pharmacies, insurance companies, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with program requirements.
Requirements
- Active LPN license required.
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, specialty medication coordination, or prior authorizations preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working with patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.

Work Schedule: This position requires a variable Monday–Friday schedule, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on program and patient needs.
