Now Hiring: Grammar & Logic Stage Teachers (Full-Time)
Beacon Academy is hiring full-time teachers for both the Grammar Stage (K–5) and Logic Stage (6–8). We are seeking educators who lead well, manage classrooms with clarity and consistency, and foster a learning environment where students are engaged and enjoy the work of learning.
We are a classical Christian school. Students are taught in stages—first building a strong foundation of knowledge, then learning to think critically and communicate clearly. Our aim is not simply to move through a curriculum, but to teach students how to learn—to pursue truth, reason well, and grow in wisdom within a biblical worldview.
Qualifications:
✔ Strong classroom management and instructional leadership
✔ Reliable, consistent attendance
✔ Willingness to learn and apply classical methods (experience preferred)
✔ Must affirm and live consistently with the school’s Statement of Faith
✔ Approx. 32 hours/week
