Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site History, and 5th and 6th grade Science Teacher position located in Muskogee, OK. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, developing and implementing lesson plans, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and fostering both academic growth and moral development. Collaboration with colleagues on curriculum and student development is integral to this role. Additionally, the Teacher will ensure adherence to the school’s mission of integrating faith and education in all aspects of instruction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to create engaging, inclusive, and effective learning activities
- Strong expertise in Education curriculum and classroom management
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Experience in Teaching and Training with a focus on student success and development
- Adaptability and a passion for fostering a faith-based learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred
- Previous experience in private or faith-based education is a plus
