What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Inspector position at Beachwalk Properties?
Friday & Saturday Availability Required!
Beachwalk Properties is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure cleanliness and proper functionality of amenities of vacation rental homes after guest and owner departures as a seasonal 10 99 position.
Essential Inspector Functions/Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on departure cleans in a timely and efficient manner via company software
- Identify and report maintenance and guest damage issues
- Accurately complete checklist in a timely manner via company software
- Attention to detail
Contractor Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this position is not an office position and requires travel to the company's portfolio of vacation homes)
- Pleasant hospitality attitude
- Organizational skills
- Ability to safely lift and carry 20 pounds of materials (supplies that may need to be taken to the homes)
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Requires standing, squatting, and bending for extended periods of time
- Time management skills with the ability to handle short deadlines with turnarounds between guests
Must be able to follow instructions closely and complete a checklist in a timely manner. The majority of work will occur on Fridays and Saturdays, but will have other cleanings during the week. Please do not apply for this position if you are not available on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. Inspectors must have their own vehicle and a cell phone capable of taking pictures.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
