About Us
We’re a leading event rental company specializing in weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. From elegant tents to staging, lighting, and décor, we provide everything it takes to bring events to life.
What You’ll Do
- Operate company vehicles safely, following all company policies, traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, transport and deliver rental items to and from various locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver and set up of merchandise according to detailed setup plans to ensure precision and safety.
- Assist with storing and maintaining equipment and supplies at the warehouse as required.
- Ensure all items are clean, complete and in good condition before and after delivery.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in good working conditions.
- Performs daily maintenance checks and reports malfunctions to management.
- Report any damages, incidents or delays promptly to the supervisor.
- Communicate professionally with clients, sales, event coordinators and team members.
- Work closely with team leads to ensure timely, high-quality event production.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT Medical Exam and Drug Test
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in various working/weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Familiarity with basic tools and event setup techniques.
- Previous event or warehouse experience a bonus—but we’ll train the right candidate!
- Previous furniture mover experience is a plus!
- Previous construction experience is beneficial!
