Beachner Grain, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Office Administrator at our Greeley, KS facility
Responsibilities of the job include:
· Maintain accurate and complete accounting records for all grain elevator and retail operations
· Facilitate counter sales for walk-in customers
· Assist with inventory management
· Generate sales invoices and complete daily cash tie-out and deposit
· Organize accounts payable and submit for payment
· Provide excellent customer service support to both internal and external customers.
· Assist with outside elevator operations as needed
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
· Familiarity with agricultural retail sales
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office products
· Experience with general system accounting software
· Excellent communication skills
· At least 2 years of job related experience
