We're hiring a Night & Weekend Assistant Manager for our American Fork location!

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy salon vibe


• Deliver exceptional customer experiences (we call it the "Beaches Glow")


• Coach and motivate your team to hit sales goals and shine


• Drive memberships, product sales, and promotions with confidence


• Help manage daily operations and keep the salon running smoothly 


• Be the go-to leader during evening and weekend shifts

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 2:00pm - Close


• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday availability required

Perfect for night-owls and weekend warriors who still want their mornings free.

What You'll Earn:

• Base pay up to $20/hour


• Uncapped commissions (your confidence = your reward)
