We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes content. Someone
who sees a trending sound and immediately has 3 ideas. This role is all about
storytelling that drives action. You'll concept, film, edit, and post content that actually
connects-the kind that makes people laugh, save, share, and most importantly... walk
through our doors. From TikToks and Reels to campaign launches and influencer
collabs, you'll be the creative force behind how Beaches shows up online.
You won't just post content-you'll study what works, double down on it, and
continuously evolve our strategy to drive real, measurable traffic to our stores. If you

RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation Creative Direction
 Concept, film, and edit high-performing short-form and long-form video content
across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.),
tailoring content to fit the audience and behavior of that platform.
 Turn everyday moments, services, and products into engaging, scroll-stopping
stories/content that feels natural and on-brand.
 Lead and execute monthly content shoots, while also capturing real-time, in-the-
moment content.
 Stay ahead of trends and quickly adapt them to fit the Beaches brand.
Storytelling and Brand Voice
 Bring the Beaches brand to life through content that's fun, relatable, and
personality-driven.
 Write captions and messaging that feel human, engaging, and on-brand while
maintaining a consistent voice that stays fresh and relevant.
Community Engagement Team Collaboration
 Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactions to build
loyalty and connection.
 Collaborate with in-store teams to create content and encourage participation.
Traffic-Driving Campaigns
 Create and execute social campaigns designed to drive in-store visits
 Support promotions, giveaways, and location-specific initiatives that convert
followers into loyal customers
Performance Optimization
 Track and analyze content performance across platforms, using data and insights
to refine strategy, improve engagement, and drive measurable results.
QUALIFICATIONS
 2 years experience in social media, content creation, or a similar role (beauty,
wellness, lifestyle, or fashion preferred)
 Strong portfolio of video content (TikTok/Reels) that shows creativity, humor, and
storytelling ability
 A clear, engaging, and personality-filled writing style
 A genuinely good sense of humor-we're serious about not being boring
 Skilled in filming and editing content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
tools
 Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform behavior
 Ability to create content that feels natural, not overly polished or overly
promotional
 Comfortable being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
 Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative projects at
once
 Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to future content
 Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities,
trends, and timelines
 Flexible schedule as needed for shoots, events, or trend timing
 Physical demands: must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand and/or sit for long periods
