Growing plumbing company is seeking a friendly CSR / dispatcher. The customer service representative (CSR) / dispatcher is responsible for creating a welcoming phone atmosphere for all Beach Plumbing customers and for ensuring our customers receive professional, and exceptional customer service. The CSR / dispatcher’s primary role is to communicate effectively with our field technicians and customers for the scheduling and dispatching of routes in day-to-day operations. Your ability to gracefully handle a constant stream of communication as the conduit between the technician and customer is imperative. In addition, the CSR / dispatcher is to help resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires confidence at troubleshooting and investigating if there is not enough information to resolve customer inquiries. It is key that you act for the department in accordance with broad guidelines and good judgment.
A great sense of humor is a huge plus!
This position includes a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Opportunity for over-time is available.
The CSR / dispatcher is to develop and maintain effective working relationships with Beach Plumbing personnel, ability to communicate clearly, tactfully, and courteously. In this position you will be trained to process documentation associated with project operations, such as city permits. You are expected to provide responsible, confidential, and administrative support to the office manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide quality customer service
• Oversee dispatch board and manage technicians & installers schedule
• Facilitate tasks for the sales technicians
• Keep the office clean and organized
• Handle cash, check, and card transactions
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Process payments for office rents and vendors
• Collect and analyze customer feedback
• Assist customers with all post job inquiries, in a timely manner
• Build a positive rapport with customers and colleagues
• Provide administrative and clerical support
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to type 40 WPM
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
• Friendly and upbeat personality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 (DOE, increase after 30 days if qualifications met)
