They are adding two Dispatch / CSR professionals who can handle a fast-moving trucking office with accuracy, confidence, and strong communication.If you thrive in a high-volume environment and know how to keep drivers, customers, and operations aligned, this opportunity offers long-term stability and room to grow.Responsibilities• Dispatch drivers and assign loads based on availability and route efficiency• Serve as the main communication point for drivers, customers, and internal teams• Handle real-time updates, delays, and exceptions• Enter orders, delivery notes, and updates into dispatch software• Track fleet activity and troubleshoot operational issues• Manage inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism• Maintain accurate records for billing, compliance, and reportingRequired Qualifications• Bilingual English/Spanish• At least 1 year of experience in a trucking, logistics, or transportation office• Strong MS Office/Excel and data entry skills• Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask under pressure• Strong reliability and consistent attendancePreferred Qualifications• Dispatching or load-planning experience• Experience with GPS or fleet management systems• Telemarketing or outbound call experienceCompany DescriptionAt Legacy Career Solutions, we are more than a staffing agency.
