PATTERN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join their team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the various functions within supply chain management. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior team members and receive mentorship throughout your internship. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations.
This internship will run throughout the summer from June to September.
Hourly rate: $19/hour
Candidates MUST be based in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist with coordinating global inventory operations, including supporting the production supply schedule, issuing purchase orders, and tracking inventory needs.
- 3PL Oversight: Support the evaluation of 3PL provider performance, help monitor logistics operations and assist with resolving any issues in order fulfillment.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in negotiating rates and ensure deliveries meet deadlines.
- Retail Orders: Help process and track incoming customer orders, ensure accurate order integration into NetSuite, and assist with resolving order discrepancies.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and assist with analyzing reports on sales, order fulfillment metrics, and vendor performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Demand Planning: Assisting in gathering data and utilizing statistical methods to develop and maintain demand plans and work towards continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like project managers, marketing, and customer support to align product goals and priorities.
- Additional Support: Assist with special projects and new product development item setups, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with various departments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Gain hands-on experience in key supply chain processes, such as inventory management, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment.
- Develop valuable skills in reporting and process optimization while working with experienced team members.
- Must be a junior or senior enrolled at a 4 year university with a demonstrated record of academic excellence who are interested in developing a career in supply chain management
