What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Manager position at Beach Haven?
This position will begin as a Practice Manager in Training, with the goal of transitioning into a full Practice Manager role as the business expands.
You will work directly with the owner to learn all aspects of the business, including operations, team management, client experience, and performance tracking.
Over time, this role will evolve into overseeing daily operations and leading the team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
During Training:
- Learn Beach Haven’s systems, services, and standards
- Support front desk operations and daily workflow
- Assist with scheduling and client communication
- Begin learning reporting and KPI tracking
- Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and client experience
As You Grow Into the Role:
- Oversee daily spa operations
- Manage and support esthetician and front desk staff
- Track KPIs (revenue, retail, rebooking, performance)
- Conduct monthly team check-ins
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Handle client concerns professionally
- Work with marketing to plan monthly promotions
- Capture in-spa content for social media

Experience
- Previous experience in a med spa, salon, or service-based business preferred
- Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus
- Not entry-level, but we are willing to train the right person with strong potential
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly $18-24/hour while training, will increase upon training completion & can evolve to salary
- Commission opportunities on product sales
