This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent position located in Long Beach, CA. The Leasing Agent will engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, assist in lease execution, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process. Key responsibilities include handling lease administration, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining organized leasing records. The Leasing Agent will play a vital role in maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction, contributing to the smooth operation of residential properties.
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including conducting walkthroughs, preparing lease agreements, and following legal and compliance standards
- Background in Property Management and Residential Leasing, with an understanding of multifamily properties and tenant relations
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish) is required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with property management software are highly valued
- Previous experience in a leasing or property management role is preferred
