Description:Location: 200- 206 W Olive Ave, La Habra, CA 90631Pay & Housing: $20.00 and 2 bed/2bath: Market rent: $2,950 Employee to pay: $1,500 Schedule: Part-Time | Non-ExemptAbout the RoleLead the day-to-day at a busy apartment community: leasing, resident relations, turns, and basic reporting—so the property runs smoothly, and residents feel taken care of.Perk: We offer an onsite apartment at no rent charge (optional) studio or 1-bedroom, based on availability. Living on-site is not required; offsite employees have the same pay, benefits, and growth path.What You’ll DoLead leasing/renewals; market the property and pre-lease upcoming vacanciesApprove move-in files and ensure vacant units are turned in 3–5 business daysDeliver great resident service; communicate clearly; enforce policies fairlyKnowledgeable of Fair Housing and all BFPM property policies and proceduresRent collection & delinquency follow-up; issue 3-day notices per rental agreementDaily property walks; partner with maintenance on work orders & curb appealProcess invoices via Yardi Payscan; post transactions and maintain reportsSubmit monthly market survey and weekly ops updates to the RegionalCoordinate vendors; attend legal proceedings when neededAttend required training/meetings; occasional on-call response supportAttend to any on-call emergency servicesOther duties as assignedRequirements:What You Bring2 years in property management (Assistant or Manager level)Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant basicsCustomer-service mindset; calm under pressure; solid written communicationBasic tech skills: Outlook, Excel/Word, Microsoft TeamsAbility to meet daily/weekly/monthly deadlinesPreferred SkillsYardi Voyager experienceBilingual English/SpanishStrong leasing close rate; experience serving notices/appearing for legal matters.Why Join Beach Front Property Management?Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) with Company MatchLife Insurance PlanPet Insurance DiscountBereavement LeavePaid Training & Clear Growth PathHousing Option: Free onsite apartment (studio/1BR) may be offered at no rent charge; optional and subject to availability.
