About Beach Bird

Beach Bird is a fast-growing quick service restaurant bringing fresh chicken specializing in tenders to Long Island. With our first location already thriving in Oyster Bay, NY, we're excited to open our newest spot in Long Beach, NY — and we want the right people to help us build something great. We're a team that works hard, takes pride in our food, and actually has fun doing it.

The Role

We're hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to help us run a tight, fast-paced kitchen at our new Long Beach location. If you know your way around a kitchen and take pride in consistency and quality, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Prep ingredients and set up your station before service
• Execute menu items to spec with speed and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Communicate with the team during busy service periods
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Prior kitchen experience preferred (QSR, fast casual, or full service)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Food Handler Certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
