What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender / Server / Professional Host position at Bea's House?
We are looking to fill a few positions for a new restaurant opening in early 2026!
We need:
A Bartender: We have a bar program that focuses on craft cocktails and natural wines. We would prefer to hire an experienced bartender with strong knowledge of wine and spirits but would be willing to train the right candidate. Must have the ability to multitask, good social skills, and a positive attitude! This is a tipped position.
A Host: We are looking to hire a professional, courteous host who values customer service and hospitality. The candidate will be able to multi-task, have the ability to move seatings on the fly, and feel comfortable working with customers. This is a paid hourly position, starting at $15/hr.
Servers: We are looking to hire servers: not necessarily with serving experience, but with restaurant experience. This is a tipped position.
All of these positions require a kind, friendly demeanor, a good attitude, and the ability to work quickly and under pressure. If you love delicious food, great! Staff food receives a 50% discount (including from our sister restaurant, Frankie's), and full-time employees are offered a 401K. Above all, we believe in teamwork, friendliness, and hospitality.
