Position Overview
The Sales Manager owns the complete patient sales journey—from first contact to long-term regenerative treatment planning. You will develop a disciplined, highly knowledgeable sales team (PCCs, PSCs, checkout staff) that can confidently communicate why regenerative and biostimulatory treatments produce better long-term results.
You will be responsible for driving consistent monthly revenue growth, elevating team performance, reinforcing pricing integrity, and ensuring patients understand our outcomes-focused, science-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Regenerative Treatment Strategy
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all regenerative and aesthetic service lines.
- Train the team to sell treatment journeys, not single services—emphasizing skin restoration, collagen rebuilding, and long-term plans.
- Educate staff on Korean and European regenerative philosophies (PN/PDRN, ECM repair, thread strategies, multi-device sequencing).
- Monitor and optimize KPIs: conversions, show rate, average revenue per plan, memberships, retention, and journey adoption.
- Build dashboards and forecasting tools to keep performance on track.
Team Management & Skill Development
- Lead and elevate the PCC/PSC team into top-tier regenerative consultants.
- Conduct weekly coaching, performance reviews, and structured role-play for:
- Value-based selling
- Sequencing regenerative journeys
- Objection handling
- Luxury communication
- Hold staff accountable to metrics, performance standards, and follow-through.
- Recruit, retain, and develop ambitious, high-performing team members.
Consultation Support & Communication Excellence
- Support or oversee high-value regenerative consultations when needed.
- Ensure all communication is:
- Scientific yet elegantly simple
- Luxury tone
- Confident and future-focused
- Reinforce the message that Be CLINICAL provides restorative architecture rebuilding, not superficial treatments.
Operational Precision
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize scheduling, provider utilization, and lead flow.
- Ensure impeccable CRM accuracy in Boulevard: follow-ups, treatment plans, notes, deposits, and pipeline management.
- Build SOPs tailored to regenerative care pathways and multi-step aesthetic plans.
Cross-Department Partnership
- Align with providers, RNs, NPs, and Medical Director on clinical treatment strategies.
- Partner with Marketing to highlight our regenerative philosophy and Korean/European influences.
- Provide leadership with clear financial analysis and accurate revenue forecasting.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 3–7 years in aesthetic, dermatology, regenerative, or luxury wellness sales.
- 2 years in a leadership capacity strongly preferred.
- Proven history of exceeding revenue targets ($150K–$300K per month).
- Demonstrated ability to coach others in high-ticket, high-trust sales.
Skills
- Strong understanding of biostimulation, regenerative injectables, PN/PDRN therapy, PDO threads, and collagen-based treatment strategies.
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and presence.
- Financially savvy: able to interpret KPIs, CRM data, and revenue trends.
- Highly organized, reliable, and process-driven.
- Expert-level objection handling and relationship-based selling.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Psychology, Communications, Sales, Healthcare, or related field).
