passionate and motivated Physician Assistant, Aesthetic Nurse or Nurse
Practitioner to join their team! This is a unique opportunity for the right

Requirements
- Perform client consults.
- Identify patient needs and develop
comprehensive treatment plans, that will achieve maximum results.
- Perform facial aesthetic
injections (Allergan, Galderma & Merz suite of products), PRP, PDO threads, and laser
treatments using the Sciton JOULE platform.
- Maintain accurate medical records
for clients.
- Maintain a high-level of client
care.
- Educate clients on all treatment
process including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Maintain all federal requirements
of a medical office including HIPAA, OSHA and client confidentiality.
- Deliver hands-on dermal filler
(including Allergan & Galderma product range and Merz Radiesse) and
neuromodulator injection training during individual sessions and training
events to internal staff.
- Passionate about the aesthetics
industry with a willingness to stay up to date on the latest aesthetic
protocols and techniques
- Possess a medical license as a
Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in the State of California that is in
good standing
- Prior experience in building an
aesthetic practice, including patient acquisition and the establishment of
protocols and procedures for a growing practice.
- Experience performing non-invasive
cosmetic procedures
- Significant Medical Aesthetics
industry experience required
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Exceptional client service skills, positive attitude, motivated and
enthusiastic
- Demonstrated ability to be a part
of a team based environment.
- Working with the Medical Director
to:
- Set up office protocols so that expansion can occur in a uniform manner
- Selecting and onboarding new procedures for the office
- Set up training schedules for all clinical esthetic staff
