Job Description Encargado de digitar los valores identificados en el sistema contable (ERP), manteniendo constantemente actualizada la cobranza de los clientes y entidades bancarias, en comunicación fluida con clientes internos y externos. Seguimiento e identificación de valores que no se encuentran en sistema, minimizando errores. Tener la visualización de los extractos bancarios, para identificarlos e ingresarlos a sistema contable (ERP). Identificación y aplicación de pagos de clientes en los sistemas Análisis de cuentas contables (cuadraturas de bancos , clientes, provisiones y segmento) Reversar aplicaciones de pagos Contactar al cliente solicitando detalles de pagos Cargar facturas en portales de clientes Seguimiento y reporte de complemento de Pagos Participar activamente en los cierres contables, mediante la verificación de la información prestada por los bancos (que no existan valores pendientes sin identificar-ingresar o afectar). Búsqueda y propuesta de mejora de los procesos asignados. Como por ejemplo: automatizaciones. Reportes semanales y mensuales con aplicaciones realizadas y pendientes Requisitos: Formación académica deseada: Titulo técnico en carreras del área contable ó administrativa, tales como; Contabilidad General, Administración Financiera y/o Ingeniería en Administración. Experiencia laboral deseada: Desde 3 años en cargos como asistente contable- asistente administrativo y/o Gestor de Cobranzas. Nivel de idioma: Inglés Intermedio (Deseable) Manejo de Herramientas informáticas: Office intermedio. Manejo de sistema contable (ERP), deseable SAP. Enfoque de servicio al cliente. Efectividad en el proceso. Manejo de presentaciones y reportería. Promoción de un ambiente de trabajo incluyente (trabajo en equipo). Aprendizaje continuo y versátil. Why Join Us?
