Minimum Pay: USD $17.00/Hr. Maximum Pay: USD $19.00/Hr. Additional Compensation:

Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of customer-facing sales expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for retail with an interest in footwear is a major plus
Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for eyewear, fashion, and helping customers look and feel their best
- Availability on weekends and peak traffic days
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence consumers
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in a dynamic setting
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
